Istotą naszej pracy jest to, by niezależnie od schorzenia proces terapii był jak najbardziej skuteczny i przyniósł jak najwięcej korzyści w najkrótszym czasie. W Neuroporcie wykorzystujemy w tym celu najnowocześniejszy sprzęt robotyczny w tym również ten oparty o wirtualną rzeczywistość.
Virtual reality
Increasingly, patient rehabilitation facilities are being equipped with innovative rehabilitation equipment using immersive technologies such as virtual reality (Virtual Reality - VR),Augmented Reality(AR), or Mixed Reality (MR), combining reality with the digital world, giving a sense of "immersion" in digital reality, making the user, through the full experience of the world presented in the game or projection presented (images, film, etc.), become less focused on external stimuli and more focused on what is happening on the screen. This makes the sensation of participating in such virtual reality much stronger and increases the level of involvement of their users.
The most common - of the three options - is the use of modern virtual reality (VR) technology, allowing for even more intensive rehabilitation sessions that can maximize the patient's support and potential on the road to fitness.
Urządzenie przeznaczone do rehabilitacji dłoni po udarze mózgu lub innych schorzeniach neurologicznych i ortopedycznych, na skutek których prawidłowa funkcja precyzyjnych ruchów dłoni (tzw. motoryka mała) została zaburzona. Rękawica MusicGlove została zaprojektowana, aby z wykorzystaniem muzyki i gry komputerowej motywować pacjenta o wykonania setek precyzyjnych ćwiczeń dłoni i palców. Motywujące działanie urządzenia osiągnięto poprzez połączenie melodii, rytmu oraz wspomagających efektów wizualnych. Zestaw pozwala rejestrować wyniki osiągane w trakcie ćwiczeń, co umożliwia planowanie terapii o określonym stopniu trudności adekwatnym do możliwości ruchowych i percepcyjnych pacjenta.
It is an innovative rehabilitation device designed for upper limb therapy in the course of neurological and orthopedic diseases. The patient is motivated to engage the dysfunctional limb during exercises with the help of a more efficient limb. Bimeo is supported by software using virtual reality based on activities and tasks of everyday life, which effectively stimulates the performance of new movement patterns and thus improves motor skills. The therapist can monitor the course of the patient's therapy, and adjust the difficulty of movement tasks according to the patient's needs. The rehabilitation process thus becomes more effective and directed toward acquiring the most desirable motor skills.
Armeo
It is a modern device for neurorehabilitation of the upper limbs. Rehabilitation is based on working with an orthosis (exoskeleton), whose system of springs supports the exercised limb during movement. The orthosis is designed for patients with limited or lost function of the arm and forearm. Thanks to the repetitive correct movements of the limb, the patient has the opportunity to acquire new motor patterns. Dysfunctions caused by injuries to the central or peripheral nervous system are treated by training that includes exercises to increase muscle strength, range of motion of the limb and control of movement. The Armeo Spring system allows 3D movements, modification of difficulty levels, recording of test results and automatic generation of clinical reports.
Neurological hand rehabilitation device compatible with the Armeo Spring orthosis. It is used for hand rehabilitation, enabling re-education of hand function and restoration of normal ranges of motion. The Manovo Spring device is designed specifically for training grasping function and relaxing handshake in cases of brain injury and other neurological conditions. Combined with the Armeo Spring, the Manovo Spring allows even patients with severe motor function impairments to train in 3D space. The so-called virtual reality (VR) used during the exercises allows to mimic movements from activities of daily living, which increases the patient's efficiency and independence in everyday life.
Lokomat PRO 6
It is a fully automatic lower limb orthosis. Training with the Lokomat allows rehabilitation on a treadmill while maintaining the correct gait pattern under dynamic pressure relief. Regular training with the Lokomat Pro 6 system allows to prevent many consequences of neurological diseases of the central and peripheral nervous system. Thanks to the ergonomic design, the patient can complete a very large number of repetitions during training, which measurably affects the effectiveness of therapy. The dynamic pressure relief provided by the Lokomat makes it possible to learn gait early in patients without sufficient lost muscle strength. The value of strain relief and other gait parameters are electronically controlled and adjusted to the patient's needs. The therapy is particularly effective for patients with gait disorders caused by neurological diseases, including stroke, craniocerebral trauma, multiple sclerosis and others.
